Does it cost more to book through you?+

There is no advisor fee for hotel-only bookings. Hotel rates vary by property, room category and travel dates. If a more complex planning request would involve a fee, it will always be disclosed before work begins.

Are hotel perks guaranteed?+

Benefits depend on the property, room category, rate and travel dates. Upgrades, early check-in and late checkout are generally subject to availability.

Can I still earn hotel loyalty points?+

Eligibility depends on the hotel, the rate selected and the loyalty program. I’ll clarify what applies before you approve a booking.

Can you book any hotel?+

I can check a wide range of properties, but not every hotel or public rate is advisor-bookable. If a property is not available through my channels, I’ll tell you clearly.

What if I already booked?+

Send me the reservation details before cancelling anything. Whether I can assist depends on the existing reservation and the supplier’s rules.

Who charges my credit card?+

Depending on the rate, the hotel, supplier or booking platform processes payment. I’ll explain the payment schedule and merchant before you authorize the reservation.

What happens if I need to change or cancel?+

You’ll see the cancellation terms before booking. If plans change, I remain your contact and will help with the applicable next steps.

Can you help me choose a hotel?+

Can you also book cruises?+
